About the Role:

We're looking for an accountant who enjoys improving systems, streamlining processes and finding smarter ways of working.

This role combines accounting, reporting, technology and continuous improvement. You'll support month-end reporting and reconciliations while helping improve workflows, reporting, data quality and finance systems across the business.

What you'll do

• Complete month-end accounting, reconciliations and reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business reporting.
• Help automate manual tasks and reporting activities.
• Support finance systems, data integrity and user adoption.
• Partnering with teams across the business to drive efficiency
• Review and improve finance processes and controls.

About you

• 3+ years' experience in accounting, finance, business systems or a related role
• Qualification in Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and strong general systems capability.
• Interest in process improvement, automation and technology.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• CA ANZ or CPA studies are advantageous but not essential.
