Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Financial Transactions: Input and categorize daily financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and invoices, into QuickBooks Online.
• Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and vendor statements to ensure all transactions are accurate and up to date.
• Generate Financial Reports: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Software Management: Use QuickBooks Online and other software tools to ensure accurate record-keeping and financial reporting.
• Client Support: Communicate with clients regarding billing issues, payment status, and any questions related to their accounts.

Candidate Profile

• Experience with other accounting software or tools is a plus.
• Associate s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience using QuickBooks Online (required).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
