Job highlights

• . REQUIREMENT: . Holding appropriate Degree in Accounts field .

• Minimum of 5 years of experiencein Accounting,Finance or relevant field . Good knowledge of Tally package& MS Office . Adaptability and ability to analyse large amounts of data . .

• Preparing statutory accounts using Tally software

• Maintain &, Co-ordinate and communicates with the auditors

• Finalising the accounts at the year end

• Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct

• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals

• Recording and filing cash transactions

• Controlling credit and chasing debt

• Invoice processing and filing

• Processing expense requests to complete company objectives

• Bank and customer s transaction account reconciliation

• Book keeping procedures to be followed and recording the same

• Liaising with third party vendors, clients and suppliers

• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
