Accountant/Assistant Accountant

DCH Auriga (Hong Kong) Limited (former company name LF Asia), a member of Dah Chong Hong Holdings, is an Asian-based integrated market management provider specializing in healthcare. We partner with the world’s leading healthcare companies to distribute pharmaceuticals, medical devices, surgical equipment, OTC products for more than 500 brands into hospitals, pharmacies and specialty stores across Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Handle month-end closing, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Maintain full set of accounts in compliance with accounting standards
• Manage daily accounts payable and assist with accounts receivable functions
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties (e.g., vendors, auditors)
• Support financial reporting, management reports, and audit requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and assist with ad hoc accounting tasks

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficient in PC applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Word
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Accountant role)
