Accountant/Bookkeeper

We are seeking a skilled accountant bookkeeper to join our team who is extremely organized and exhibits a high degree of attention to detail, confidentiality and professionalism. Requirements:

• Minimum of Associates Degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university-if no degree must have proven commensurate experience.
• Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
• Efficient in QuickBooks
• Efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of fundamental principles of accounting including but not limited to: generation and interpretation of financial statements, monthly reports, journal entries using QuickBooks online, payroll and reconciliation of bank statements.
• Strong communication skills and customer service is a must
• Ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to change
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize
