Accountant/Controller

*Job Summary*

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper to oversee the administrative operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be proficient in financial management, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Position is a combination of on-site and remote. Can predominately be remote though!

*Responsibilities*

• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting activities

• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner

• Maintain accurate records using double-entry bookkeeping methods

• Ensure compliance and payment with City and State excise and B&O taxes.

• Keep up to date on County and State licensing and insurance requirements.

*Requirements*

• Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role

• Proficiency in financial concepts and financial report writing

• Familiarity with payroll procedures and financial record keeping

• Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
