Zur Verstärkung unseres Finanzteams suchen wir einen Finanzbuchhalter / Controller (m/w/d) mit 3–5 Jahren Berufserfahrung, der Verantwortung übernehmen und aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanz- und Controllingprozesse beitragen möchte.

Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der laufende Finanzbuchhaltung (Haupt-, Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung) • Mitwirkung im internen Finanz- und Projektcontrolling (monatlich / quartalsweise / jährlich), um unsere nachhaltigen Energieprojekte transparent und effizient zu steuern • Überwachung von Projektbudgets und Kostenentwicklungen (Soll-Ist-Vergleiche) • Erstellung interner Reports zu Liquidität, Kostenstruktur und Wirtschaftlichkeit unserer Projekte • Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung und Forecasts (Monat/Quartal/Jahr) • Analyse von Cashflow, Ausgaben und Bankkonten zur Sicherstellung einer stabilen finanziellen Grundlage für unsere Projekte • Plausibilitätsprüfung von BWA, Jahresabschlüssen und Steuerunterlagen des externen Steuerbüros • Weiterentwicklung interner Controlling- und Reportingprozesse zur Unterstützung unseres nachhaltigen Wachstums • Unterstützung bei internen und externen Prüfungen • Ansprechpartner für kaufmännische Fragestellungen im Unternehmen

Optional: Unterstützung bei lohnbezogenen Themen und Personalkosten (kein Schwerpunkt)

Mit deiner Arbeit im Finanz- und Projektcontrolling trägst du dazu bei, dass unsere geothermischen Projekte wirtschaftlich erfolgreich umgesetzt werden und die Energiewende vorangebracht wird.

Dein Profil

✔ Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft ✔ Idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Finanz- oder Bilanzbuchhalter ✔ Mindestens 3-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Finanzbuchhaltung, Controlling oder Wirtschaftsprüfung in Deutschland ✔ Sehr gute HGB-Kenntnisse und solides steuerliches Verständnis ✔ Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse ✔ Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ✔ Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamgeist

To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for an experienced Financial Accountant / Controller (m/f/d) at the earliest possible start date, ideally full-time, with 3–5 years of professional experience who enjoys working with numbers, taking responsibility and working in a structured manner.

Your Responsibilities

• Support in day-to-day financial accounting (general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable)

• Contribute to internal financial and project controlling (monthly / quarterly / annually) to ensure transparent and efficient management of our sustainable energy projects

• Monitor project budgets and cost developments through variance analyses (actual vs. planned)

• Prepare internal reports on liquidity, cost structures and the economic performance of our projects

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes (monthly / quarterly / annually)

• Analyze cash flows, expenditures and bank accounts to ensure a stable financial foundation for our projects

• Review the plausibility of management accounts (BWA), annual financial statements and tax documents prepared by the external tax advisor

• Further develop internal controlling and reporting processes to support our sustainable growth

• Support internal and external audits

• Act as a point of contact for commercial and financial questions within the company

Optional: Support with payroll-related topics and personnel costs (not a primary focus).

Through your work in financial and project controlling, you contribute to ensuring that our geothermal projects are implemented successfully from an economic perspective and help drive the energy transition forward.

Your Profile

✔ Completed commercial training or a degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field ✔ Ideally additional qualification as a financial accountant or certified accountant ✔ At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in financial accounting, controlling or auditing in Germany ✔ Very good knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and a solid understanding of taxation ✔ Advanced Excel skills ✔ Good German and English language skills ✔ Structured, independent working style and strong team spirit
