Accounts Executive (Full Set)

Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday Half Day Working Hours: 9.15 AM – 6.00 PM Salary Range: RM4,300 – RM5,000 Allowance: Meal allowance provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial statements and management reports for review by senior management.
• Oversee cash flow management and perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Coordinate and support annual audits, ensuring full compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
• Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date accounting filing system for efficient record management.

Requirements (updated):

• Fluent Mandarin-speaking is a must (both spoken and written) — required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing a full set of accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Dynamod,ERP.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and a high level of integrity.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
