About the role

Account Executive / Accountant in a manufacturing environment, responsible for managing the full set of accounts and financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR and GL
• Manage daily accounting transactions, invoices, payments and receipts
• Prepare monthly closing, management accounts and financial reports
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow
• Handle manufacturing costing, inventory and stock reconciliation
• Monitor production-related expenses and cost analysis
• Follow up on customer outstanding payments and supplier payments
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Prepare documents for audit, tax and statutory requirements
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers and customers

About you

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience handling Full Set Accounts is preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing costing, inventory and stock control
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Good analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
