Account Manager – Finance & Accounts

Job Overview
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Account Manager to handle day-to-day financial and accounting activities, with a strong focus on billing, invoicing, account reconciliation, and basic taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage customer/client invoices and billing on a timely basis.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, receivables, and outstanding balances.
Perform regular account and bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with clients/internal teams.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Assist with tax-related matters, including basic understanding of applicable withholding taxes, sales tax, and income tax.
Support monthly financial closing and reporting activities. Maintaining ledgers.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other relevant stakeholders when required.
Ensure accounting transactions and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Prepare basic financial statements/reports as required by management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts/finance.
Good understanding of billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and receivables.
Basic understanding of Pakistan taxation and withholding tax.
Good command of MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
