Accounting Admin Assistant SUS/AAA/23904

OVERALL PURPOSE:

Perform accounting task relating to data entries, backing-up and restoring of files

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Encode information in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensure that all processes and postings are run accordingly and sequentially
• Back-up data for future reference
• Provide timely and complete reports to other departments
• Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduate of any degree
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to work during Saturdays.
• Should be willing to work overtime if deemed necessary
• Must be willing to work in shifting schedule: 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM / 1 PM to 10:30 PM
• Location: 1143 Perez St. Paco Manila
