Accounting Admin

About the role

As an Accounting Admin, you will handle daily financial administration, keep our records accurate and organized, and help prepare financial reports.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions (income, expenses, payments to suppliers and partners)
• Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payment documents
• Reconcile bank statements and OTA/agent payments
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Maintain organized financial records and filing
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams on booking payments and expenses
• Support tax administration and other finance tasks as needed

Requirements

• Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Accounting or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance administration
• Understands how to prepare financial reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with accounting software [e.g. Accurate] is a plus
• Detail-oriented, honest, and well-organized
• Able to work with deadlines and handle confidential information responsibly
• Based in Bali
