Accounting Administration Support

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and disbursement support to AR, Commission, and other section as assigned.
• Assist in the preparation of journal entries for booking, as well as the organization and maintenance of reports, records, and supporting documentation.
• Provide administrative support by coordinating requests, processing documentation, and facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage filing systems and ensure proper document retention and record keeping.
• Assist in data entry and ensure accuracy and completeness of information in company systems.
• Provide support during audits, compliance reviews, and special projects.
• Serve as backup support for team members during absences, peak workloads, or urgent business needs.
• Support cross-functional activities and initiatives to ensure smooth departmental operations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Business, or any related course (Bachelor of Science in Accountancy preferred)

• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles and practices

• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail

• Demonstrates integrity and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
