Job description:

Monday-Friday; 800am-500pm (seldom Saturdays may be scheduled)

Parking- on site

Dress code- Business casual

Background in Bookkeeping preferred

QuickBooks experience required

a. Payables & receivables

b. Monthly reconciling of bank statements, cash, check, credit card

Budgeting

Reporting on multiple accounts

Audit Preparation

Meeting Preparation

Assisting with administration as needed; Excellent in Administration; managing phone calls, emails

a. Strong communication skills

b. Outlook, excel, word proficient

c. Directing calls

d. Out of work updates

e. Processing payments

f. Answering questions

g. member paperwork

Assisting with Monthly Reporting

a. Drops/ suspends/ reinstatement

b. Delinquent Dues

c. Headquarter report

d. Not employed by payor report

Assisting with mail outs using folding & postage machines

Reconciling hours for completed job targeting projects

Participation of union functions, volunteering time to sign wave/ community givebacks highly encouraged
