Day-to-day responsibilities include reconciling bank, credit card, and loan accounts; preparing monthly financial statements and key performance indicator reports for client review meetings; and leading financial restoration engagements for new clients whose records require correction. The Accounting Advisor will collaborate with tax professionals on year-end preparation and ongoing tax planning, and will serve as a primary accounting contact for Business Family Office™ clients, responding to inquiries within one business day. The role also involves maintaining organized financial records and contributing to the standardized onboarding and month-end procedures that will shape the firm's accounting department as it grows.
