We're Looking for Someone With:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
✔ At least 1 year of Accounting experience, preferably in the travel industry
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Customer-focused with the ability to handle concerns professionally
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
✔ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial software, and ERP systems
✔ Experience with Trams, IAR, SharedHR, and iPay is strongly preferred
✔ Willing to work fully onsite and on a graveyard/night shift
✔ Work Location: Bacolod or Metro Manila

Your Role Includes:

• Handling various aspects of airline ticketing and settlement processes
• Performing daily interfaces between the GDS and Accounting System
• Reviewing and resolving discrepancies between IARC/ARC and the Accounting System
• Preparing and submitting weekly ARC Sales Reports
• Reviewing, disputing, and monitoring Airline Debit Memos (ADMs)
• Supporting Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, invoicing, cash application, and reconciliations
• Preparing management reports and supporting financial closing activities
• Tracking commissions and performing accounting-related data entry
• Providing back-up and coverage support for various accounting assignments
• Collaborating with airlines, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
