Accounting Analyst

The Accounting Analyst handles financial transactions, ensures compliance, prepares reports, supports audits, and monitor cash flow to aid in financial decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or of related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Xero), ERP Systems, and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and financial modeling.
• General accounting, financial reporting, compliance with GAAP/ IFRS, budgeting, cash flow management, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Capable to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Can work onsite
• Willing to start ASAP

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting tasks such as accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate recording and documentation of all financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and management reports.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
• Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
• Monitor cash flow and provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Process invoices and payments promptly to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues and enhance processes.
