• Shift: US Business Hours / US Time Zone
• QuickBooks Experience: Mandatory

We are hiring an experienced Accounting Analyst with strong hands-on experience in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting background and be able to review financial data, investigate discrepancies, perform reconciliations, analyze variances, support closing activities, and prepare clear reports for management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly financial results and identify trends, variances, discrepancies, and performance drivers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.
• Perform budget vs. actual, month-over-month, and year-over-year variance analysis.
• Review and analyze Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and financial projections.
• Analyze revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, margins, and profitability.
• Prepare financial summaries, KPI reports, and management dashboards.
• Review accounting data in QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop for accuracy and completeness.
• Review general ledger accounts, journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and account classifications.
• Prepare and review bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Investigate unusual transactions, reconciliation differences, and accounting discrepancies.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable balances, aging, and trends.
• Review payroll-related financial data and its impact on operating expenses.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for tax, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Identify financial risks, cost increases, and opportunities for improved cost control.
• Improve financial reporting processes, controls, and reporting accuracy.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support management decisions.
• Communicate financial findings and recommendations clearly to management.

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of accounting, finance, or financial analysis experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, general ledger activity, journal entries, accruals, and prepayments
• Experience preparing and analyzing Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Experience with bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Experience supporting month-end and year-end close
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF formulas, filtering, and financial analysis
• Ability to analyze large volumes of financial data and identify discrepancies or meaningful trends
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can go beyond basic bookkeeping and use QuickBooks and Excel to investigate accounting data, identify discrepancies, analyze financial performance, and clearly explain findings to management.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
