Accounting Analyst

Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team. If you enjoy problem solving, building vendor relationships, and working in a collaborative hospitality environment, we'd love to hear from you. This position plays an important role in ensuring the hotel's financial operations run smoothly while supporting our commitment to exceptional guest service.

What You Will Do

· Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.

· Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation.

· Verify GL coding and required approvals.

· Prepare ACH, check and electronic payment batches.

· Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

· Maintain vendor records, W-9s and payment files.

· Assist with month-end close, accruals and reporting.

· General Cashiering

· Support audits and maintain organized financial records.

· Partner with department leaders to resolve invoice issues.

· Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information.

· Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

· 2+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience.

· Hospitality accounting experience preferred.

· Experience with NetSuite ERP strongly preferred.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Washington State Pay Transparency

In accordance with RCW 49.58, the pay range for this position is $28.00–$31.00 per hour. Starting pay will be based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs.
