Accounting Analyst

Reconciliation and analysis of AP accounts

• Validate, process, monitors payments to suppliers
• Validate, process, monitors cash advances & cash adv. liquidations
• Validate, process, monitors payments to third party logistics & distributors
• Validate, prepares, monitors order of payments (purchasing related transactions)
• Prepares, monitors EWT certificates
• Prepares monthly reports and analysis of assigned accounts (deposits, prepaid accounts, others)
• Participate in the monthly physical count of inventories (Field work)
• Assist in the month-end closing activities
• Assists in solving issues/queries regarding AP from internal & external customers

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Accountancy or any Business related course
• Must have at least 1-2 years experiences
• With experience in Physical inventory
• Knowledgeable in any ERP system is an advantage but not a must
