Accounting Analyst

About the role

This role involves preparing disbursement vouchers for payment requests on utilities, claims benefits, refunds, reimbursements and other payables, and preparing schedules of expenses for Financial Statements preparation. You will monitor regular monthly payables, receive and segregate documents transmitted to the Accounting Department, perform monthly bank reconciliation, and check documents attached to Revolving Fund and Petty Cash Fund in accordance with policy.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare disbursement vouchers for payment requests on utilities, claims benefits, refunds, reimbursements and other payables
• Prepare schedules of expenses for Financial Statements preparation
• Monitor regular monthly payables
• Receive and segregate documents transmitted to Accounting Department and coordinate the same to assigned Accounting Personnel
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation
• Check documents attached to Revolving Fund and Petty Cash Fund in accordance with petty cash fund and revolving fund policy and prepare expense summary
• Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate superior and/or higher management

Requirements/ Qualification:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or equivalent (Required)
• At least 1 year of working experience
• CPA license (Required)
• Preferably with experience in accounting and/or audit
• Must be willing to work in Iloilo City
• Must be willing to undergo training in QC Head Office
• Must be willing to be transferred to other 1CISP Offices (North Luzon, QC, Davao, Cagayan de Oro) in the future
