Accounting and Admin

Key responsibilities

• To work ally with head office to do the TH staff payroll, expenses, and basic accounting as required for SPth for the country manager and Head Office to approve.
• Prepare and submit the withholding Tax and VAT monthly payment to the Revenue Department after getting the company's approval.
• Support the manager/supervisor with HR jobs, employee tax reduction, staff provident fund, and social security expense reduction and submission processes
• Key in and analyze customer data for the sales team, as required by SP
• Support all the miscellaneous admin jobs as required for the company's business to go smoothly, and to hit the sales and expenses' budget
• Do all other jobs that are required by the supervisor
