About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Accounting and Audit team at Kantor Akuntan Publik Charles & Nurlena, a leading accounting firm in Jakarta. As an Accounting and Audit professional, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality financial services to our diverse client base. This full-time position offers the chance to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the overall success of the firm.

What we're looking for

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00.
2. Fluent in English is mandatory both verbal and written.
3. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience as External Auditor is value added.
4. Solid knowledge in accounting, auditing, and tax Preferably CA/CPA holders.
5. Proven track record of managing multiple client engagements and delivering high-quality work
6. Ability to operate Ms Office applications is essential. Having knowledge in accounting software (Accurate, Xero, Journal, QuickBooks)
7. Ability to lead and develop team will be a value added.
8. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with people at all professional levels.
9. Experience in similar role in other reputable public accounting firm is preferable.
10. Strong sense of responsibility and outstanding integrity.
11. Willing to travel.

What you'll be doing

1. Conduct comprehensive financial audits for a range of clients, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Further, you may also assist in the preparation of financial reports
2. Perform work independently and effectively, providing support for team members, maintaining communication and regularly and proactively updating the Manager on progress.
3. Supervising and planning assignment.
4. Control the adherence to budgets and deadlines.
5. Develop strong risk management awareness on assignments and understanding of client's business.
6. Preparing for meetings with clients and participate in these meetings.
7. Preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties.
8. Develop and maintain productive communication with clients' personnel to gather information, resolve problems and make recommendation for business and process improvement
9. Build strong internal relationship with other team members
