Accounting & Audit Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Audit Manager to oversee our accounting and finance team, manage client relationships and provide professional guidance to both internal teams and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of approximately 8–10 staff
• Allocate work, monitor performance and ensure timely completion of assignments
• Provide guidance, training and professional support to team members
• Establish and improve internal workflows, SOPs and quality control procedures
• Oversee Accounting & Tax, secretary and Audit work
• Handle and review audit-related matters and communicate with auditors
• Ensure work is completed accurately and within the required deadlines
• Provide professional advice on accounting and financial matters

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, audit or related fields
• Proven experience managing a team of 8–10 staff or more
• Strong audit and accounting knowledge
• Audit signing authority / relevant professional qualification (e.g. Charted Accountant) is highly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or above from a recognised university
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
• Confident in dealing with clients and external professional parties
• Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
