Accounting & Finance Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting & Finance Associate to join our growing team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record accounts payable/receivable transactions, including invoices, billing statements, and employee reimbursements
• Monitor due dates to ensure timely payments and avoid penalties
• Prepare and issue official receipts and other finance-related documents as needed
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Verify financial documents for accuracy and ensure proper approvals are obtained
• Maintain accurate financial records and organized filing systems
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and month-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial procedures
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information System, Financial Management, Banking and Finance, or any closely related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Experience using accounting software is an advantage but not required

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
