Accounting & Finance Executive

Title: Account Executive

What you'll do:

• Handle a full set of accounts — GL, AP, AR, cashbook, sales orders, and monthly financial statements.
• Assist in daily finance operations and bank-related transactions.
• Prepare and submit SST, income tax, and statutory filings.
• Support audit, tax, company secretarial, and other ad-hoc assignments.
• Additional job scope and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.

Who we're looking for:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Junior Executive: Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.

• Senior Executive: Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as SQL Accounting and QuickBooks.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

• Well-organized with good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
