Accounting and Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and finance operations across all entities within the group
• Prepare and consolidate financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Lead budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning processes
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support business decisions
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize efficiency while ensuring compliance
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Analyze rental income, cost structures, and profitability by project/location
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities
• Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes and reporting systems
• Act as a strategic advisor to management on financial and business matters

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with managerial responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of taxation (corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax)
• Experience managing multiple entities or group companies is highly preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with solid business acumen
• Experience in leasing, real estate, or industrial-related businesses is an advantage
• Ability to work with international clients or cross-border business environments
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• CPA qualification
