Accounting & Human Resources Administrator

is seeking an experienced professional to lead HR and accounting functions across our Texas and California operations, supporting TSG Services and related entities, including Intermodal Shippers Group.

This is a hands-on management role requiring direct ownership of payroll, human resources, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years directly managing key HR or accounting functions.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and Gusto or comparable payroll/HR systems.
• Proven experience managing AP/AR, payroll, employee onboarding, and HR administration.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or business entities.
• Ability to work on-site in Haslet, TX, and travel to Southern California as needed.

Position Details:

• Location: Haslet, TX | On-site | Full-time
• Competitive annual salary starting at $70,000 with incentives to $115,000, based on experience.
