Accounting & Human Resources Manager

The Accounting & Human Resources Manager role combines leadership of the Accounting, Finance, Human Resources (HR), and Administration functions. The position plays a key part in maintaining financial and regulatory compliance, supporting employee management, and improving cross-functional processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Accounting, Finance, HR, and Administration functions
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, tax compliance, and year-end closing
• Manage recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee development
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and Thai labour laws
• Coordinate with auditors, government authorities, and senior management
• Drive process improvements and lead cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, with exposure to HR & Administration
• At least 5 years of management experience
• Strong knowledge of TFRS/IFRS, taxation, and Thai labour laws
• Good command of English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, and HRIS platforms
