Accounting & Management Support Analyst

About the role

This role involves accounting transaction recording, journal entries, and financial reporting. You will prepare financial statements, management reports, and consolidation reports, while ensuring standardization of the Chart of Accounts. The position includes supporting executive management operations, coordinating communications and meetings, and providing data and reports to support management decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Record accounting transactions and journal entries
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and consolidation reports
• Examine payment documents and perform tax reconciliation
• Ensure standardization and harmonization of Chart of Accounts (COA)
• Manage executive management agenda and operational needs
• Monitor and follow up on executive instructions and decisions
• Prepare data and reports to support management decision-making
• Coordinate communications, meetings, and business travel for executive management
• Perform audit supervision and control

About you

• Minimum D3 or S1 education in Accounting, Finance, or Management
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Understanding of basic accounting and taxation
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software
