Accounting & Reporting Associate

Purpose of Job:

Perform Financial Reporting activity (CACT) for assigned markets within the CWAR and ESAR regions. Enhance the Balance Sheet Integrity by analyzing and following up on balance sheet open items to ensure the financial accuracy of accounts through Nestl Internal Balance Sheet Standards (NIBS) & Nestl Accounting Standards (NAS) compliance. Engage in projects and initiatives to enhance the GL reconciliation team's processes, Perform PEC activities in scope for the GL Reconciliation and Reporting team and ensure they are executed in a timely manner and according to the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Support the market that he/she provides services for by assessing the financial accuracy of accounts, managing sanity check for accounts, and applying the market defined internal controls procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in Business Administration (Accounting / Finance) or Economics

At least 2 years of sustainable high performance in Financial Accounting / Accounting Operations

Strong financial reporting knowledge

Proficiency in English and language of the market (where applicable)
