Shift: 9:00 AM EST – 6:00 PM EST (7:00 PM PKT – 4:00 AM PKT)

Location: Remote

We are hiring an Accounting & Reporting Associate to support recurring accounting operations and financial reporting work. The right person will be highly detail-oriented, strong in accounting fundamentals, excellent with spreadsheets, and able to learn structured workflows quickly.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in public accounting, who enjoys working in a disciplined environment with clear reporting cycles and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accuracy in accounting records through daily/weekly reviewsPerform reconciliations and verify financial data consistencyPrepare and update recurring reporting workbooks/templatesSupport month-end closing activities and routine journal entry workTrack open items and ensure clean documentation for reporting deliverablesCommunicate clear updates and flag issues early to ensure timely completionCoordinate with internal team members to ensure reports are completed accurately and on time

Requirements

Only apply if you have Public Accounting experienceMust have Completed ACCA, CMA, CA or be a FinalistMust have hands-on Quickbooks Online experience,Must be proficient in English (writing + speaking)Must be able to work 9 AM EST to 6 PM EST / 7 PM PKT to 4 AM PKT | Monday–FridayStrong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial reportingExcellent Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, structured workbooks, data checks)Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar systems)High attention to detail and strong self-review habitsAbility to work independently and meet deadlines consistentlyStrong communication and problem-solving mindset
