- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาการบัญชี หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานเกี่ยวกับบัญชีลูกหนี้ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และ ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้งาน Excel ( vlookup/pivot table ) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
[ หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ ]
ตรวจสอบเอกสารลงทะเบียนลูกค้าใหม่และบันทึกข้อมูลเข้าระบบ ERP
ตรวจสอบสัญญาซื้อขายและลงทะเบียนสัญญาซื้อขายในระบบ ERP
จัดทำรายการวางบิลและรายงานลูกหนี้ประจำเดือน
ประชุมยอดลูกหนี้คงค้างในแต่ละเดือนกับผู้แทนขาย
จัดทำหนังสือยืนยันยอดลูกหนี้ส่งให้ลูกค้า
ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขาย คลังสินค้า และฝ่ายบัญชีเพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงาน
