About Us

Dune World Bali is hiring an experienced Accounting and AR professional to manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting within our operations in Sanur, Bali.

As part of a worldwide diving company with over 25 years of experience, we operate in a dynamic marine tourism environment where financial accuracy, accountability, and operational efficiency are essential across all locations.

This position requires strong attention to detail, solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoice issuance and payment monitoring
• Ensure accuracy of customer invoices and billing records
• Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain organized financial documentation and receivable records
• Support month-end closing related to AR transactions
• Record Accounts Receivable journals into the system
• Coordinate with internal departments and clients regarding billing and payment matters
• Prepare AR aging reports and monitor collection status

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance role
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and AR workflows
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Comfortable working in a dynamic operational environment
