Accounting Assistant (Accounts Payable)

QUALIFICATION STANDARD:

• Graduate of a Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Buisness Adminnistration
• At least one-two (1-2 year work experience in account payable
• Construction industry experience, preferred
• Proficiency with accounting software such as SAP
• Intermediate skills in microsoft excel (vlookup, sumifs and basic formulas)
• Strong understanding of General Ledger structures and basic bookkeeping.
• Detail-Oriented: exceptional accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional vendor negotiations and internal collaboration.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize task, multi task, and consistently meet strict payment and month-end deadlines.
