Accounting Assistant (Accounts Payables)

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, or any related business course
• Preferably with at least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks or other accounting software
• Knowledgeable in accounts payable processes, invoice verification, and payment processing
• Familiar with bookkeeping and financial record keeping
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in handling financial transactions
• Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices and payment requests
• Prepare and monitor payments to vendors and suppliers
• Record and reconcile accounts payable transactions
• Maintain complete and organized accounts payable records
• Resolve invoice discrepancies by coordinating with suppliers and internal departments
• Prepare accounts payable reports and assist with month-end closing
• Ensure payments are processed accurately and on time
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor
