Accounting Assistant / Admin Assistant

• Provides accounting, clerical, and administrative support to the unit’s day- to- day operations
• Prepares schedules, generates reports, encodes data, and maintains accounting and administrative records, documents, and databases
• Handles payment processing and disbursements, including preparation, monitoring, and documentation of billing, liquidation, reimbursement, and other financial transactions
• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders and manages document routing, filing, and other office support functions
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned to ensure uninterrupted operations during the maternity leave of the Accounting and Admin assistant.

II. Skills Required

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office application
• Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping procedures
• Good organizational, records management, and filing skills
• Ability to prepare schedules, reports, and maintain accurate data records
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
