Accounting Assistant (Admin)

Responsibilities

• Recording daily financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment requests, and other financial documents.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Reconciling bank statements and financial records.
• Maintain organized records of expenses, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and other parties regarding billing and payment concerns.
• Handle filing, documentation, data entry, and maintenance of company records.
• Manage office supplies and coordinate purchasing when necessary.
• Prepare letters, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
• Answer emails, phone calls, and general inquiries professionally.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, and financial information.
• Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
