Accounting Assistant (AP Focus)

Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our day-to-day Accounts Payable operations and month-end closing process. This is a great opportunity for candidates with solid AP experience or fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in accounting within a supportive retail environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily day-to-day accounting work for AP functions including processing invoices, payments and cash flow
• Check and input data to the accounting system
• Assist in preparing period end provisions and G/L journals
• To prepare month-end accounts closing and relevant schedules
• Perform ad-hoc finance and operational assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or LCCI level 3 or relevant discipline
• Experience in Accounts Payable is a definite advantage
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of Sage 50 / Peachtree or other accounting systems will be an advantage
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
