Accounting Assistant (AR Focused）

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Manager and gain valuable experience in a dynamic multinational business environment.

Responsibilities

· Perform daily accounting operations

· Handle daily accounts receivable, journal entry, bank reconciliations, assist in month-end closing and annual audit, etc.

· Administer accounting data records in the ERP system

· Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting processes

· Collaborate with various departments relating to accounting issues and follow up

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

· Higher diploma or above in accounting, finance or related disciplines

· 2-3 years relevant accounting experience with exposure in trading industry is preferred

· Proficient in MS Office and hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite system will be highly preferred

· Good command of spoken & written Chinese and English

· Independent, detail-oriented, proactive attitude and good team spirit

· Immediate availability is highly preferred
