What they need
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or related course
- At least 1 year experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Knowledgeable in accounting software (QuickBooks, etc)
- Proficient in MS Excel (especially Pivoting) and MS Office applications
- Strong attention to details and high level of accuracy
- Honest, reliable and able to maintain confidentiality
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Experience in tax compliance and government reporting
- Familiarity with payroll processing
- Basic knowledge of Philippine tax regulations
- Record daily financial transactions (sales, expenses, receipts and payments)
- Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare payroll supporting documents
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements
- Have strong analytical skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Maintain organized and updated financial records
- Assist during internal and external audits
- Willing to work on extended hours including weekends or holidays
- Perform other accounting duties as may be assigned
