Job Duties & Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
- Data Entry
- Reconciliations
- Payment processing
- Payment cash flow forecast
Month-end preparation
- Assist accountants with reconciliation, forecasting, and reporting
General Accounting & Administration
- Assisting accountants with general financial support in other areas
- Support the general administration, filing, orders, supplier communication, and other tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Highly developed numerical and financial acumen
- Close attention to detail
- Strong oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Willing to learn and expand skillset
- General accounting software experience (Construction desired, not a must)
