Accounting Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and process invoices and expenses report.
• In charge in reconciling invoices with department billings and identifying discrepancies.
• Input Sales and Purchases in BIR relief system.
• Ensure that invoices for items or services received are validated.
• Responsible for reviewing employee expenses and making reimbursement.
• Responsible for creating and updating expense reports.
• Record day-to-day accounting transactions for monitoring purposes.
• Assist in filing of accounting data for monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Submits report as per required by the immediate superior. Thus; perform other relevant task, as may be required from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, finance or a related course.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting and / Finance.
