Accounting Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Prepare and process invoices and expenses report.

3.2 In charge in reconciling invoices with department billings and identifying discrepancies.

3.3 Input Sales and Purchases in BIR relief system.

3.4 Ensure that invoices for items or services received are validated.

3.5 Responsible for reviewing employee expenses and making reimbursement.

3.6 Responsible for creating and updating expense reports.

3.7 Record day-to-day accounting transactions for monitoring purposes.

3.8 Assist in filing of accounting data for monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

3.9 Submits report as per required by the immediate superior. Thus; perform other relevant task, as may be required from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, finance or a related course.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting and / Finance.
