Accounting Assistant

Job Title: Accounting Assistant

• Location ： Caracas Sabana Grande
• Salary: 400-600USD/per month

Key Responsibilities

Manage process of employee expense reimbursements;

Support accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and payment requests;

Assist in internal workflows (procurement, contract processing, etc.);

Support month-end closing (documentation, basic reconciliations) ;

Coordinate with business teams to track expenses and process status;

Handle other routine accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field

1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome)

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes

Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-driven

Good English level

Proficient in Excel
