Accounting Assistant

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Commerce, Mathematics or equivalent

· Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel

· Good Communication Skills in English

· At least 1-year of working experience in similar job or position in computerized accounts receivable, credit and collection system

Can work on-site in Makati City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares Clearing of Account Report
• Responsible for Bank Payment matching thru EFT (Electronic Fund Transfers)
• Matching of Credit Card payments Merchant Warrior (AMEX, VISA, Mastercard)
• Prepares archive of remittance advice, payment receipts, Telegraphic transfer receipts
• Sends Email of Floating and Unknown payment to Account Receivable Team, Short payment, Credit Note Claims, Variances of payments vs invoices and email notification of Prepaid payments (EFT and CC) to release quotes
• Lodging of excess and double payment to EXCPAY account
• Lodging of Unknown and unidentified payment to UNKNOWN account
• Act as key person for confirmation of payment and will work with AU accountant and Accounting staffs
• Accounts Payable Tasks
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation of Following Bank Accounts:
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior form time to time

FIXED MORNING SHIFT SCHEDULE (Monday-Friday) & Weekends Off
