Accounting Assistant

• Review and check the request for payment form (RFP) and documents attach.
• Prepare analysis and monthly monitoring on following accounts.
  Receivable - Others
  Catering fee
• Prepare journal entries and encode it to system (TRACC).
• Review and process expenses reports.
• Prepares and perform check runs for check voucher book.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal controls and company procedures.

Qualifications

• At least college level or graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related course.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and able to meet deadlines.
• With or without experience.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Can start immediately.
