Accounting Assistant

About the Role

The person is responsible for processing of payables, reconciliation of subsidiary and general ledger.

Key Accountabilities

• Verifies accuracy of supporting documents and ensures timely processing of payables.
• Responsible for reconciling Subsidiary Ledger and General Ledger accounts and analyzing financial records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepares Journal entries for transactions such as accruals, intercompany accounts, amortizations and other adjusting entries.
• Assists with month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepares monthly and yearly schedules and maintains organized and up to date financial record.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience​s

• Graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, or any Accounting related course
• With good oral and written skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Open to fresh graduates
