- Compliance & Recordkeeping: Ensure company reward practices comply with local labor laws, tax codes, and statutory contributions.
- Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding pay scales, deductions, and benefit claims.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
