Accounting Assistant

Key Responsibilities

*Assist in daily accounting operations such as recording transactions and updating ledgers.

*Prepare and maintain financial reports, invoices, receipts, and vouchers.

*Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts payable/receivable.

*File and organize accounting documents for easy retrieval.

*Assist in audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

*Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.

*Perform other administrative tasks as required by the finance team.

*With Quickbooks knowledge is a plus.
